The following disclosures apply to archora.ventures (the "Site") and to all materials published on it by Archora Ventures, LLC ("Archora").
Not a bank; no banking services
Archora Ventures, LLC is a private venture investment and development company. It is not a bank or depository institution, holds no banking licenses, charters, or credentials, and does not accept deposits, extend consumer credit, or provide banking services of any kind. Archora is also not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser. Archora invests only its own capital in companies it believes in. It does not raise capital for any company; does not solicit investors or receive compensation of any kind in connection with any securities transaction; does not pool, hold, or manage money for others; and does not offer securities to the public or provide brokerage or advisory services.
Company status; no licenses
Archora is an early-stage firm currently formalizing its operations. It holds no securities, banking, insurance, or other financial-services licenses or registrations, and it does not engage in any activity requiring such licenses. Descriptions on the Site of Archora's model and services reflect the firm's intended approach and may evolve as the business is established.
Services model
References on the Site to building, launching, marketing, sales development, and go-to-market support describe work performed by independent specialists and partner firms in Archora's network, engaged directly by each company. Archora's role is limited to strategy, planning, and assembling and coordinating those teams; Archora does not itself perform or offer the underlying execution services. This support is provided exclusively to companies in which Archora holds an investment. Archora does not offer, market, or provide services of any kind to the general market or to businesses in which it holds no investment.
No offer or solicitation
Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to purchase any securities, investment products, or advisory services. If any such offer were ever to be made, it would be made only by the issuing company, only to qualified investors, by means of definitive offering documents containing material information not available on this Site, and only in jurisdictions where permitted by law.
